He also gained extensive experience at leading City law firm SJ Berwin LLP (now part of King & Wood Mallesons LLP), where he managed high-value, high-profile litigation for financial services institutions and high net worth customers.

Rights of Audience

David possesses full rights of audience before all Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales. His advocacy extends to the Companies Court, the High Court, the County Court, and the First-Tier Tribunal (Tax).

Community Engagement

Beyond his legal practice, David actively participates in professional associations such as the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA). He also serves as a Non-Executive to an NHS general practice and is a Friend of the UCL Hospitals Trust, reflecting his commitment to community and healthcare.

David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law of Banking & International Finance. He completed the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at the renowned Inns of Court School of Law, where he demonstrated his legal prowess with a “Very Competent” rating.

Dual Qualification

David’s unique legal profile encompasses both Barrister and Solicitor-Advocate qualifications. He is qualified to practice as a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn, where he earned the distinction of being a Hardwicke Scholar, and as a Solicitor-Advocate of the Senior Courts.
